Self Improvement

Everybody wants to improve, but I think most of the time we do it for the sake of someone else. That’s not a bad thing, but when was the last time you did something for yourself? Even if it was sleeping, and trust me sleeping can be a part of personal improvement. Because if your sleep is bad quality, then you’ll be less effective the next day, so yes, let’s improve our sleep.  But also what are the hobbies and things that you want to do better this year? I want to learn to cook, be more athletic, learn how to do my makeup. I also want to learn how to take care of my body and mind, and discuss it with others.

I’m learning Japanese, so from time to time I’ll write some Japanese posts in here, because I want to improve for my sake. I’ve kind of abandoned my mental health, so I think that should be a priority this year. I want to improve my time management, I want to improve my work, and improve my intentions. What do I intend to do this year? I think the answer to that needs to be really specific. I don’t want to just earn money and go to school, I want to use that to improve me, my life, and others around me.

This may be the shortest intro post of the three sections, but don’t let it’s size fool you. The smallest steps each day are more meaningful than doing nothing.
